Friday Pretties...Vacation Snapshots

Happy Friday Pretties!
It feels so good to be home
from vacation, but we are tired.
We had a wonderful time together-
and a lot of togetherness.
I mean A Lot-
Ha Ha
I love going on vacation,
and I love to come home.

Here are just a few highlights from
our trip to Washington D.C.
On our way down to the subway
that we used several times daily.

 The Washington Monument

A beautiful garden.

Arlington Cemetery
Such sacred ground.

The White House
Can you see the sniper on the roof?

The Lincoln Memorial

Julia Childs' Kitchen
in the Smithsonian.
Very Fun!
 So fun and interesting but,
There's no place like home...

Take a few moments to visit
the Lovely Pretty Links
on my sidebar.

The second half of our vacation be
featured soon.

Thank you so much for the pictures - we were able to visit washington in 2004 for our Silver Wedding Anniversary - and went to all those places. So many hapy memories. I too loved seeing JC's kitchen!
One day , when I am rich, I shall come back to the USA again - we were made SO welcome
