Hi Joyce!
Oh I'm just catching up here... First full week of school for me ~ lots and lots of meetings...
Tonight was parent night. It was great, but now my feet are in cozy socks and I'm visiting my blog friends ♥
{it's late, but I'm such a night owl}

I'm reading about your mom and looked at all the beautiful pictures of Rose Arbor and of your lovely, lovely quilt that you made for her.

I will keep you, your mom and family in prayer. It's a time when tender hearts held together by faith and love.

May you know God's presence and peace ♥

ps. I love your dream house too!
It is very dreamy in creamy white and blue!

I love the quilt you made for your mom. It is the most beautiful thing and made with such loving care. My mom died at the age of 54 and thirteen years later, I still miss her so much, but know the comfort is that I will see her in heaven! She requested to live out her last days in a hospice home because she didn't want to pass at home...didn't want us to remember her that way...she was always selfless like that. The hospice experience was the absolute best and I can tell you the people that work there are angels on earth and gently take those that are ready by the hand and lead them home. May you find comfort in knowing she will be reunited with our Savior and her loved ones. Christie at Three Pixie Lane

Greetings My Dear,
Just popping in to say I have missed you so very much.
This is definitely a sweet little cottage...and YES it must be on the water...with a couple of white adirondack chairs on the sand, so we might relax, as we sip our freshly squeezed lemon aid, with our toes in the wet sand.{a "run on" day dream}
..........sending a hug and a kiss ...love Rosie

Dear Joyce, thanks for visiting! I wanted to leave you a comment on friday, but somehing was wrong with my Mac and he wouldn't let me! The cottage is wonderful - and so is your quilt further down. Your mum will be wrapped in love with it! Have a lovely weekend :)

This is a beautiful cottage, and of course it would be wonderful by the sea.
I've been on vacation and missed Friday Pretties, but will be back again next week.
I'm sorry to hear about your mom, but the story of her quilt and the place she is now staying is so inspiring. What a blessing your family is. Their faith is an inspiration to all.

Nice cottage. Hope you will get it someday and have the whole house moved to the sea.
